Terms & Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted up to 30 days from purchase. All purchases over 30 days are final. Recurring orders are non-refundable. Customers may be asked to provide a valid reason for claiming a refund.

We have no monthly subscription plans, only pay-as-you-go services. You will need to place your order every month. You should expect all reports within 15-25 days of placing an order.
